  • What should leaders keep in mind when communicating decisions to stakeholders during this time?

About the Speakers

The Bridgespan Group is a leading nonprofit management consulting firm that has worked with hundreds of nonprofits over the past 20 years.

Meera Chary is a partner at The Bridgespan Group. Since joining Bridgespan in 2010, she has worked with a variety of nonprofit and philanthropic clients. She leads Bridgespan’s online Leadership Accelerator programs. Previously, Chary had been a consultant at Bain & Company. She also worked as the outreach program designer for GreatSchools, Inc., creating a unique program to bring K-12 education information to low-income parents.

Colleen Brosman is a manager at The Bridgespan Group. She works on Bridgespan’s online Leadership Accelerator programs, and brings expertise in multiple areas, including the early childhood space. In 2015, Brosman co-authored “Rethinking How Students Succeed,” for the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
