During this webinar, Bridgespan will share its perspectives on how organizations can be effective financial stewards, with a specific focus on strategies that are important to keep in mind during times of uncertainty like the COVID-19 pandemic. About the Speakers

The Bridgespan Group is a leading nonprofit management consulting firm that has worked with hundreds of nonprofits over the past 20 years.

Mandy Taft-Pearman is a partner and the chief operating officer at The Bridgespan Group. As COO, she helps to set and manage Bridgespan’s annual strategic and operating agendas, and oversees the HR/Talent, Finance, and Information Service functions of the company.

Preeta Nayak is a partner and head of leadership & community services at The Bridgespan Group. She has worked across a variety of sectors in her time at Bridgespan, and is especially focused on issues related to leadership development and organizational effectiveness. In 2015, Nayak authored “DIY Leadership Development,” in the Stanford Social Innovation Review.

Lindsey Waldron is a manager at The Bridgespan Group. She has worked with nonprofits across a variety of sectors, including education, child welfare, and public health. Prior to Bridgespan, Waldron was an Education Pioneers Fellow, and a teacher, and had also spent time in the private sector with both PwC and Bain & Company.
