LEX MUNDI PRO BONO FOUNDATION
The Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation is affiliated with Lex Mundi, the world’s leading association of independent law firms. The foundation helps social entrepreneurs find and retain critical legal assistance by connecting them to Lex Mundi’s global network of law firms and lawyers, free of charge.
This organization is best positioned to provide legal support for issues such as:
Employment agreements and issues
Contract questions and issues
Fundraising and access to capital and social finance
Legal barriers to growth and success plans
Legal barriers to day-to-day operations
Form of organization and registration status
Protection of intellectual property, including trademarking of name-licensing agreements
Note, Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation helps with many other legal matters beyond this list. We encourage you to reach out to them to see if they can be of assistance. However, Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation does not provide personal representation or litigation support, and it is rarely able to help with urgent (<4 week turnaround) requests. All support takes place remotely.
