Advocacy & Lobbying 101

Led by Bolder Advocacy, this webinar provides an overview of how nonprofits can advocate and lobby within their 501(c)(3) status.

This webinar is led by Bolder Advocacy, an organization that equips nonprofits with knowledge, tools, and resources to enable them to become powerful advocates within their 501(c)(3) status. Bolder Advocacy has worked with hundreds of 501(c)(3) organizations to help them effectively advocate and lobby. This session will explore:

  • What kinds of advocacy activities can (501(c)(3) organizations engage in?

  • When is a communication considered lobbying?

  • How can 501c3s maximize the time and dollars they’re allowed to spend on lobbying and advocacy?

In addition to this webinar, you have access to Bolder Advocacy’s hotline free of charge. See below for more information.
