501(c)(3) Advocacy During an Election Year

Led by Bolder Advocacy, this webinar provides nonprofits with an overview of how to engage in elections while avoiding common compliance mistakes.

During this webinar, we are joined by Bolder Advocacy, a program that equips nonprofits with knowledge, tools, and resources to enable them to become powerful advocates within their 501(c)(3) status.

Bolder Advocacy has worked with hundreds of 501(c)(3) organizations to help them effectively advocate and lobby, and during our time together it will explore:

  • During this election season, how can 501(c)(3)s avoid the appearance or reality of electioneering and other partisan activity, particularly in public and social media communications?

  • How can nonprofits continue to advocate for their issues during election years without supporting or opposing candidates?

  • How can 501(c)(3)s educate and engage their communities around the upcoming elections?

In addition to this webinar, you have access to Bolder Advocacy’s hotline free of charge. See below for more information.
