1. Submitting an application does not create a collaboration or partnership relationship with Emerson Collective (“EC”), and it does not create any obligation for you or for EC.

2. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive a fellowship.

3. EC may withdraw an offer of a fellowship, or cancel the Fellowship Program, at any time.

4. In the event you are awarded a fellowship, you hereby consent to EC’s use of information you provide in your application to promote your work and the Fellowship Program. 

5. As a condition of acceptance of any fellowship award, you would be required to execute and/or return such documentation as may be requested by EC.
